$55 - Quick Fix

In some cases a technician is able to quickly identify and correct the problem with your computer while you wait.

 

$95 - Basic Fix

After diagnosis, a technician may decide that the computer needs to be checked-in for repair. This may be the case if parts need to be ordered or if a repair may be timely.

 

$190 - Extended Fix:

If the damage to the computer is extensive, from a virus or other malware a format and resinstall may be needed. Or if the computer is in need of excessive amounts of labor to repair an Extended Fix price will be charged. We will alert the customer beforehand if a format/re-install or excessive labor is needed.

 

$125/hr -Data Recovery:

If we have to try to pull files such as photos, music or documents from a damaged computer or storage device. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we can recover anything or that recovered files will not be corrupted.

 

$125/hr - Onsite Labor:

Charge starts when we leave the shop and stops when we leave the customer's house.

 

$1600 - Extreme Data Recovery:

For when a drive may not spin or is damaged to a point that we can not attempt to recover data. The media has to be shipped to our partner in Atlanta to be recovered. Price is refunded 100% if no data can be recovered and the drive is not taken into a clean room for diagnostics. $1400 is refunded if the drive has to be taken into a clean room for diagnostics.
