Customer Success Manager
Susan works with our engineers, the sales department, and our marketing team to make sure that the Liberty Technology client experience is always top-notch. Through creating and executing customer success plans she helps clients achieve their business objectives while identifying opportunities for them to expand their IT solutions. Susan oversees the client life cycle process, organizes project teams, and meets with clients on a regular basis to ensure their satisfaction and success with the adoption of software, solutions, and services.
Before joining Liberty, Susan worked at Chick-fil-A as a Certified Grand Opening Trainer and in the marketing side of operations. She attended a few of Liberty’s After-Hours events and kept hearing how great it was to work for Liberty. After an interview, Susan knew this was where she belonged!
Susan holds a BBA in Marketing and is a Cisco Webex Teams Ambassador. She plans to continue her schooling and receive her MBA.
In her free time, Susan likes to run, play sports, or relax by the pool or at the beach with a good book and husband Jordan. Susan and Jordan share their home with their two kitties, Zoe and Margo.
