Blake White


Blake is the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance and helps determine the best solutions based on the information provided. He directs the more thorny issues to the next level of support, documents events in internal logs, and walks clients through the problem-solving process.

Blake gained his experience in handling escalated customer issues at his previous position with Best Buy, where he was a repair agent on the Geek Squad. With Liberty, he’s working toward a leadership position in security, where he can learn and perform penetration testing and “white hat” hacking techniques.

Blake is a big Superman fan and enjoys art, photography, and John Hughes movies – particularly those from 1984 to 1990. He also likes tattoos, and considered being a tattoo artist. We like to think he chose wisely.
