ConnectWise’s annual conference – IT Nation – is one of the biggest IT conferences of the year, and the team at Liberty always looks forward to the event. We typically send a couple folks to learn about all the latest things going on in the industry. This year was a little different. Last year we hosted a breakout session to introduce attendees to the Agile MSP and agile methodologies for improving how Managed Service Providers (MSPs) manage their business. This year we introduced a revolutionary chatbot that we developed, named Ada – the Automated Dispatch Assistant. We had an amazing time introducing Ada to everyone who stopped by our booth, and this was by far our most successful and exciting experience EVER at IT Nation!
Ada is a ConnectWise Bot that frees MSPs from the bondage of their desks to help clients more efficiently and effectively. Ada arms service, sales, and all other segments of the business with insight and functionality in ConnectWise from anywhere on any device – simply by chatting with her.
So many attendees were intrigued when they saw the words “Dispatch Assistant.” This confirmed what we alread knew was a common problem among MSPs – getting the right people on the right service tickets and giving them access and convenience both in the field and in the office. The highlight of the conference was the Keynote by ConnectWise CEO, Arnie Bellini. While discussing how MSPs can use the technology canvas to find their own unique strategy, Arnie used Liberty Technology as an example of an MSP with a working strategy.
